"When I participated in the firts Bedouin Women's Round Table, I immediately recognized their potential and was enthusiastic about finding ways to integrate them into SolarEdge. The path  hasn't always been easy, but I am proud each time I see the growth and progress of women in the tech industry and beyond. Additionally, I am grateful for the opportunity given to me to be part of an organization that supported the establishment of the Samana initiative and its impact on changing the status of Bedouin women in Israeli society
